Alli discovered yoga in high school. As an avid athlete she discovered how the mind-body discipline of yoga enhanced her athletic performance. Since 2006 Alli has taught yoga professionally. Alli has trained in many yogic styles: Iyengar, Ashtanga, Prana Vinyasa Flow, and Tibetan Heart Yoga. As an outdoor aficionado, Alli weaves her down-to-earth style and real-world experiences into her teaching, making yoga a pleasurable experience for her students.
